VEGETARIAN BURGERS
Sometimes I use these as a vegetable dish instead of the usual, so please remember that it is not an exclusive club being vegetarian, but for all you vegetarians I hope this will add a little adventure to your meal times. All these burgers are 4oz

Vichyssoise Burger - A fine mix of potato and leeks lightly seasoned, I use it as a base then I put a wild mushroom ragout on top, divine.

Get a Pulse Burger - Three types of bean pulse with tomato, garlic and garden herbs, so tasty.

The Hot One - I will make this as spicy as you like - garlic, chilli, seasonal vegetables. Please quote how spicy you would like this or I will serve the wimp version. Try bread crumbing this one for a difference.
