VEGETARIAN SAUSAGES
Now I don’t want to be rude about what is available on the market but, surely you don’t ever buy veggie sausages twice. I have eaten them and on the spot decided that I would nevere eat them again. I find them lacking, when there are so many gorgeous flavours right there in the supermarket, so even if you are not vegetarian try these, you may even give up on the meat.

Get a Pulse Sausage - Three types of bean pulse with tomato, garlic and garden herbs, so tasty.

Five Veg Banger - Seasonal vegetables bound into a smooth sausage cook slowly so the flavours stay in.

Vichyssoise Sausage - A true beauty of a sausage, classic combination of leeks and potato originally created at the Ritz Hotel, now try my version as a sausage.

The Hot One - I will make this as spicy as you like garlic, chilli, seasonal vegetables please quote how spicy you would like this or I will serve the wimp version.

Cauliflower Cheese - Now before you shout at me I believe through feedback that some vegetarians like a little cheese and boy, is it worth it.

Footnote. I only use natural collagen sausage skins so this will not ethically affect the way you eat, in all my vegetarian dishes unless stated no animal products have been used.
