Turkey and Apricot - Full of fruity flavour serve in a bun with salad and a little homemade chutney.

Turkey with Leek with Wild Sage - One of my personal favourites. I am a big eater and I have trouble with more than one of these, great served with fries and a salad.

Turkey and Garden Herbs - Just try some, so much flavour they should be illegal. I quite like them if you breadcrumb them and shallow fry in a little butter.

The Spicy Turkey Burger - There are so many herbs and spices in this I should call it the herb burger, please let me know how spicy you like them.

Turkey and Sweet Corn - Great combination of flavours, can be difficult to cook so I suggest cooking them in the oven or shallow fried in a little butter and olive oil.
