LAMB BURGERS
Lamb has so much flavour that it is rude not to offer you a few of my favourites, I hope they become yours as well. All Lamb burger are sold as 4oz and can be served hot or cold, Enjoy.

Lamb and Rosemary Burgers - It's all in the flavour, let me know what you think. We take a little fresh rosemary, grind it by hand in a pestle and mortar with just a touch of garlic and combine it with the lightly seasoned lamb.

Minted Lamb Burgers - The best known of the lamb burger range served with new potatoes this is hard to beat.

Lamb and Apricot Burgers - No secret to these burgers just a classic fruity combination, I love them with a little brown sauce.

Spicy Lamb Burgers - Please let me know how spicy you would like these delicious burgers, try them with a cold rose wine, please always drink in moderation, but eat as many as you like.

Lamb and Sun Dried Tomato Burger - Mixed with a few classic herbS, we also call this the Provencal Burger, watch your taste buds explode with this one.
