BEEF BURGERS
When I first starting making beef burgers I discovered that it did not have to be made with all the rubbish that some companies add, you can actually use 100% lean meat, this was a revelation no more chewy sinew, no more bits you could not digest and then believe it or not you could add natural flavours as well, I hope you enjoy or burger selection, everything used is fresh so you can freeze. As many products as possible are organic and we always do our burgers as quarter pounders if you want them bigger or smaller then all you have to do is ask.

Traditional Beef Burger - Lightly seasoned with finely chopped onion plus a couple of extra secret seasonings makes our burgers a memory

The Herb Burger - Full meat burger with a classic addition of fine herbs, if you are doing a BBQ I suggest doubling your order otherwise you will run out of these.

Chilli Burger Sometimes I call this one the “The Mexican”, mixed with a spicy dry salsa, always let me know how hot you like em Gringo.

The Garlic Burger - If you are single and want to remain that way this is the burger for you, or if you like garlic you will love this one, also keeps the vampires away.

The Ultimate Burger Ever This is the only beefburger I sell by four, it is big one - it is more than enough per person, ok this is a mustard beef burger stuffed with mushrooms, onions, garlic, cream, sun dried tomato so that when you cut into it you will discover all the goodies inside. Cook slowly or this burger will burst I always serve it with an egg on top.
